Can I get a replacement certificate?
Yes, please contact the office by phone to arrange this, there is a small charge of £5 for a replacement certificate; Payment by cheque or credit card. A copy can also be emailed to another awarding body or employer or to a home email address if required.
Can I go on a reserve list?
Yes you can, we often get last minute cancellations so worth asking. Please email us detailing your mobile contact number and email address and we will add you to the reserve list.
Can I ask for an Invoice for my employer to pay instead of paying online?
Yes please email us with your name, contact details and the Business to Invoice plus date and venue for the course you wish to attend.
How old do I have to be to attend a BASP course?
Normally 18yrs old, or with written permission from a parent if you are 16 or 17 yrs old.
How long will it take to receive my certificate?
We normally post this to you within 2 weeks of attending the course, however at certain times of the year this can be longer. If you need it urgently please email the office and we can email a copy to you or another organisation like BASI.
Can I get a refund if my circumstances change?
Yes if you cancel more than 1 week before your course. (The amount refunded will depend on your method of payment) You can also transfer to another date.
