AGM Training weekend Glencoe 6-7th Oct
On 6-7th Oct 50 members of BASP gathered for the Annual General meeting and training weekend. Four very interesting talks on Drugs by Alan Baillie, Patient Assessment by Davy Gunn, Cardiac Problems by Peter Currie and FIPS by Christine Gillespie were given over the course of the weekend. Also a very intersting afternoon was spent on the hill with Glencoe SKi patrol with several difficult scenarios set up by the team, followed by a stretcher carrying race down the hill. When everyone was suitably wet and sweaty they all retired to the ski patrol hut for light refreshments.
