Hi Rod and BASP
"Thank you so much for your excellent first aid presentation, there was so much new information compared to three years ago. I am sorry that I had to flit in an out on you, I am still trying to manage my aches and pains and possibly doing too much. "
Background information: Carl is great for the fist aid courses I run at Glentress as he always turns up at some point to give a patients prospective and the importance of airway management without the intervention of fist aiders immediate treatment to open his airway and clear mud and leaves he would be dead. Rod McIntosh, BASP Trainer

Having done Red Cross/ St Andrews first aid courses in the past, I found the BASP course far better for my needs - both for the theory and practical sessions, but also as other participants were working in the outdoors and not office based.Dan Watson, Glencoe Feb 2011
I've done over 5 first aid courses and this was by far the best. Having a tutor who works in the industry greatly helps! I would definately reccomend this course to friends and peers. Glenmore is also an awesome venue. Thank you Chris!Richard Tildesley, Glenmore Lodge
May I say what a great course. Molly has given the best First Aid courses I have been on in the last 15 years.Molly was able to draw on her own experience and that of knowlegable people in the group.
This made the course more real and apt for my Ski Club of GB resort leading.
Credit and praise must go partly to you for managing, training her and to Molly for applying those skills.
Thank you

My Last first aid course was done with another provider which was not very interesting. It was great to come back to BASP. What a really good and professional course. Thank youIan Findlater, Glenmore Lodge
"The week end itself was by far the best First Aid course my wife and I have been on. Tony is an excellent tutor, being informative, interesting and entertaining. We found the practical day out on snow to be particularly valuable much more so than being on a dry slope"
Alan Hamer, BASI candidate
Slochd Mhor lodge is a great location, warm, friendly and great home baking. Also probably the most informative and useful First aid course I have attended in 20 years. Highly recommend Chris as an Instructor for BASP.Fraser McLeod, Slochd Nov 2010
I've been on many first aid courses, but think this has been the best one yet - good content, good delivery and interaction, good pace. Overall outstanding!David Malcolm, Keswick July 2010
"The reasons for me to choose this course in preference to any was also the location at Glenmore Lodge, its good food, accommodation, access to extra facilities such as climbing wall, pool, gym, the environment is special and spectacular. I have attended many, many courses and on the whole inclusive of all factors: the course content, the instructor Sid Airey, the clientele, the locality and environment, I can honestly say that it was £230 extremely well spent. Good value"
Ray Tredwell, MIC member
"I would just like to thank you for the excellent first aid course (2 Day Emergency) I attended in Hemel at the weekend. Kate's instruction was first class, with the outdoor post accident simulations really putting you on the spot and letting you learn from your mistakes."
David Harmer
An excellent course giving confidence and knowledge to people working in the outdoor environment
Keswick course - Steve
I am in the Victorian SES (State Emergency Service) which is the key agency that services storm/flood/road crash rescue/alpine rescue, Earthquake, Tsunami and any other thing that comes along it seems. My last job was yesterday searching the bush for a lost 3 yr old girl at 5am. They provide all the relevant qualifications to ensure we are operational but I will say that they first aid course you delivered was a different class compared to the comparable course I attended last month. Thanks dbDave Brown
