Private Course Terms & Conditions:
General
Candidates need to be 18 years or older to attend our courses (it may be possible for a maximum of two 16/17 year olds to attend a private course, please contact the office).
Certificates will be emailed to successful candidates following the course (hard copies will no longer be posted).
Provisional Bookings

Confirmed Bookings
- Once a date, venue & price has been agreed we will confirm your booking by email. At this point, we may request a non-refundable deposit. You will be asked to provide a purchase order number if appropriate.
- An invoice will then be emailed to you when the booking is confirmed. The balance or full payment is due in full 4 weeks before the course date. If full payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the course.
Cancellation
- Cancellations must be in writing.
- If you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks (28 days) before the course date, you will be liable for the full amount (we advise taking out Cancellation Insurance).
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the course, we will aim to give 14 days’ notice. We will liaise with you to transfer your booking to an alternative date or provide you with a refund if appropriate.
Red Weather Warnings – WINTER
We are experiencing some unusual winter weather patterns from time to time & want to keep both our candidates & staff safe. Where a venue is in a Red Weather Warning area, the course will be completely cancelled at lunchtime the day before it starts. We will contact the course organiser to discuss the cancellation & arrange an alternative date.
