Terms & Conditions for Ski Patrol Training
- Candidate must be Age 18 or over
- Candidate must be a Member
- Candidates must hold a Log Book
- Booking are allocated on a first come first served basis once the pre-requisites are approved by the office. If offered a place, your booking will be confirmed by email
- The invoice is to be paid 4 weeks prior to the course, unless special arrangements are agreed
Cancellation policy:
By Customer – Less than 4 weeks’ notice you are liable for the full amount (even if you choose to cancel due to poor snow conditions at the venue)
By BASP – Full refund will be offered
Red Weather Warnings
We are experiencing some unusual winter weather patterns from time to time & want to keep both our candidates & staff safe.
Where a venue is in a Red Weather Warning area, the course will be completely cancelled at lunchtime the day before it starts. We will phone the mobile number provided at the time of booking and leave a message if there is no answer. Please ensure we have your appropriate mobile number. Where BASP cancels a course, you will be entitled to a full refund (we will try to reschedule the course, but this may not be possible in the same season).
Timescales
The deadline for offering places is Mon 19 Jan 2026 – all pre-requisite information must be submitted to the office by this date.
The invoice must be paid 4 weeks before the course date.
Additional Info:
This is a non-residential course. There will need to be a minimum of 6 candidates for the course to run, please feel free to check with the office for an update on numbers before booking accommodation.
