We are regularly looking to expand our Team of First Aid Trainers across the UK.
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in dealing with casualties in an outdoor setting
- A current First Aid at Work qualification (this is a minimum requirement)
- A teaching/assessing qualification
- A passion in educating candidates about first aid
- Flexible mid-week & weekend availability, on a regular basis
Our Trainer Package
Our trainers’ have a comprehensive Trainer Package. The job includes flexible working, holiday pay with an opportunity to travel. Our trainers receive a fixed daily rate plus expenses. You will also have ongoing support from the Head Trainer & the extended team.

There are 2 stages to the recruitment process.
Your initial application will be reviewed by the Head Trainer. If we decide to take things forward, you will be interviewed by the Head Trainer & invited to shadow a BASP course.
Successful applicants will then enter the BASP Trainee Trainer programme which comprises of shadowing and partial delivery of 8 courses (or less). After completion, Trainee Trainers will then be promoted to the BASP Training Team.
